The use of electric collars to contain your pet without the use of a leash or tether is prohibited. Black Hills Trailside Park has a two pet maximum. The campground has provided three (3) doggie stations with bags for you to pick up after your pets.
Leaving pets unattended in RVs during the day is highly discouraged. Leaving unattended pets leashed outside anywhere in the campground is not allowed.
Those pets who are aggressive or bark excessively will be asked to be removed from the campground immediately. Black Hills Trailside Park Resort reserves discretion to ask pets to be removed who have shown to be dangerous or a nuisance.
There are 2 pet-friendly cabins – Triumph Elm and Blue Wood. At the time of reservation, guests reserving these cabins and bringing pets will be assessed a $100 pet deposit. Guests will also be responsible for a $50 cleaning fee at the time of departure. If damages or excessive cleaning are necessary, the deposit will be held. Pet owners are liable for damages that exceed the deposit amount.
A non-refundable fee of $250 will be assessed if there is evidence that a pet stayed in any other cabin.

Two (2) tents are allowed per tent site, in the grass. Base price includes 4 guests per site (2 adults/2 children). If additional guests will be joining, there will be a charge per person ages 12 and older up to a total of 6 guests per site. Vehicles should be parked back from designated tent areas. Use of the shower house is included with stay. The use of tents at any of our RV sites on the grass is prohibited.

All vehicles must remain on gravel, no parking on grass. We take great pride in a manicured lawn. Parking for trailers and spare vehicles are allowed in overflow parking.
